Once you fill out and submit a Time To Pet Intake Form, your account will be automatically approved. City Pets Walk will then send you an email to ‘Activate Your Account‘

2. Once approved, you will receive an email to ‘Activate Your Account‘

Follow the link in the email to create your Time To Pet account. This app is used for scheduling, communication, and payments. You will be asked to agree to our Service, Veterinary, Key Handling, and Payment Agreements. If you have any questions about use of the app, please reach out to citypetswalkdc@gmail.com.

Add a Payment Option in the ‘Invoice‘ Section of your portal. The app will not allow you to schedule services without one.

4. Request a FREE Meet & Greet!

Schedule a free Meet & Greet with Emilee through the Time to Pet portal, by clicking the ‘Scheduling‘ section.

Once the time you request is approved, Emilee will also reach out to discuss where you would like to meet.

The Meet & Greet can be done on weekends, or weekdays from 8am-8pm in your home or neighborhood- you choose!
